Inspired by my Pomeranian’s journey, I created a dog walking service built around the real needs of small dogs and spaniels.
Small Paws Outdoors is a Southampton-based dog walking service born from personal experience and a deep understanding of small breeds and spaniels.
When my beloved Pomeranian, Kobi, developed a respiratory condition, I immersed myself in years of research, discovering the unique health considerations that affect smaller breeds. This journey revealed how these little dogs often require specialised care that many standard dog walking services simply don’t address, inspiring me to provide a dog walking service in Southampton that provides the care our small canine friends truly deserve.
As I continued my venture, my clientele naturally expanded to include spaniels alongside my small dog companions. Through this experience, I began to appreciate the special bond between these breeds – marvelling at their gentle and fun personalities. This further deepened my understanding of their distinct needs and characteristics.
With this insight, I’ve developed specialised approaches for each type of dog in my care. Spaniels, with their lively nature, thrive on more active exercise – bouncing with delight and exploring my woodland walks with boundless energy.
